Every day, officers in our local precincts put their lives on the line to protect our neighborhoods and businesses. For this reason, every year the Greenwich Village Chelsea Chamber of Commerce honors these local heroes by putting on our annual Safe City, Safe Streets event.
Now, in its 15th year, Safe City, Safe Streets is an award ceremony that honors an officer from each of the 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 13th, and Midtown South precincts as "Officer of the Year."
Join us for the Safe City, Safe Streets Luncheon to celebrate these women and men who work tirelessly to keep our city safe! Our keynote speaker this year will be The Chief of Department, Terence A. Monahan.
The afternoon will feature a catered lunch, and an awards presentation to honor "Officers of the Year".
