Pascale plays a key role in developing and implementing the Office of Cannabis Management’s external affairs strategy as it relates to collaboration with other state and local governmental entities. She is responsible for developing and implementing a range of strategies to engage other governmental partners in supporting the work and goals of the Office of Cannabis Management. Her work primarily focuses on building strong collaborations with other state agencies, municipal government entities, and local elected officials, and serves as a primary point of contact and ambassador for OCM with other government partners. She is also responsible for the development and implementation of the Interagency Cannabis Task Force including identifying key state agency partners and respective staff members and direct the deliberations of the Task Force including development of key guidance.
